Returns and Warranty details

if your products do not fit as expected, you are able to return your order within seven (7) days of receiving your goods. Please contact us first if you do need to exchange, and please include your name, Invoice No., date of purchase, and which size you would like to exchange for. Unless specifically stated, we are not responsible for returns shipping, and special/ custom/ made to order purchases are not subject to exchanging. Returns will not be given unless in the highly unlikely event of a major manufacturing fault (we quality check each product), or unless required by law. Intentional or unintentional tampering of goods will not be grounds for refunds or exchange. If a minor fault is present, please contact us and send us an image of your product, and this will be assessed by us on a case by case basis. Minor faults may be fixed, replaced or refunded, but this decision is wholly decided by us. Unless specifically stated, shipping charges are the responsibility of the sender.
